2. Scope of Services

2.1 Legal Advisory Services

We offer guidance on corporate governance, contracts, compliance and related matters.

2.2 Digital Products

We offer digital downloads such as documents and templates.

2.3 Physical Goods

We may offer branded materials or other tangible items.

3. Fees and Payment

All fees are due upon engagement or purchase. Accepted methods are described on FirmNowLab.tech.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Legal Advisory Services

If no work has commenced, you may request a full refund. For partially completed engagements, we will provide a prorated refund based on the unused portion of the agreed fee. Services may be rescheduled at no additional fee if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that expedited services or one-off filings are nonrefundable due to dedicated resource allocation.

4.2 Digital Products

Digital products are eligible for a refund if not accessed or downloaded within 7 days of purchase. Once a product has been accessed or downloaded, it is not eligible for a refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

4.3 Physical Goods

Physical goods may be sent back within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item that was sent back, a refund will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days. Alternatively, an or credit note may be offered upon request.

5. Scheduling and Transfers

Legal advisory sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Digital products and physical goods are not transferable.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FirmNowLab’s liability is limited to the amount of fees paid. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
